Melinda Borchardt is a partner in Borchardt Senger & Associates, LLC. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner®, and a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs. She graduated from the University of Denver in June 1999 with a Bachelors of Accounting and Masters of Accountancy. She has thirteen years of tax experience.

Melinda began her professional career in the tax department at Arthur Andersen, ultimately joining the Private Client Services group. She mainly worked on executive arrangements providing tax compliance and planning services as well as stock option, retirement, and education planning services. After the firm dissipated in 2002, she moved to another national accounting firm before settling in 2003 at a local tax consulting firm, R.G. Fowler & Company, P.C. Melinda left R.G. Fowler & Company in 2008 as a Senior Tax Manager. She supervised and conducted training for the firm's four professional staff. Melinda then became the sole shareholder of Borchardt & Associates, Inc. in 2008 until merging with Ryan Senger January 2012.

She also had the opportunity to serve as an adjunct professor in accounting at the University of Denver, Daniels' College of Business during her employment with R.G. Fowler & Company. Melinda was recently named the Daniels' College of Business, School of Accountancy's "Young Alumna of the Year" for the 2008-2009 year.

Ryan Senger

Ryan graduated from Minnesota State University - Moorhead in December of 1997 with a Bachelors in Accountancy and Minor in Finance. He received a Master in Taxation degree from the University of Denver in the Fall of 2007. Ryan has over thirteen years of public accounting experience.

He specializes in tax planning and compliance and has extensive experience working with partnerships, S corporations and individuals. Ryan has been serving clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, wholesalers, retailers and service businesses.

Ryan was awarded as one of the Best Wealth Managers in Colorado in the area of Taxation for 2 consecutive years by Denver's 5280 Magazine based on an independent survey.
